Before you place an order, please ensure you create an account first. Although it is not mandatory to create an account with us, we recommend that you create an account to make it easy for us to send files to you by uploading them in your account. To place an order, kindly follow the steps below:
1. Click “Order Now”
The "Order Now" button is at the top menu of each page. Clicking on "Order Now" will open the order form. Fill out the order form by indicating the following:
a). Your topic
b). The level of work. We have 6 categories under "Level of Work".
- Level 1 = Bachelors/Undergraduate.
- Level 2 = Masters.
- Level 3 = Doctorate/PhD.
- Rewriting/Paraphrasing (for example plagiarism removal).
- Editing/Proofreading.
- Professional Document (for example a journal article or business plan).
c). The number of pages you want the paper to have.
d). The urgency of the work / when you want the paper to be delivered.
2. Provide all the Instructions
On the order form, there is an option for providing your order description. Give as many details as possible on how you want your paper to be written in order to facilitate successful and timely completion.
3. Attach Documents
If you have several documents you would like our writers to have, upload the documents in your account. If you do not have an account yet, send the documents as attachments via our email: Info@professionalresearchwritingservices.com. We will confirm getting the documents promptly; always within 30 minutes.
If you are placing a data analysis order, kindly provide the data to be analyzed. If your order involves the use of secondary data and you have not collected the data, liaise with our customer support team before placing the order so that we can confirm the availability of the data and advise accordingly.
4. Make the Payment
Due to the nature of our business, we require our clients to make payment upfront before the work can be assigned to a writer. In addition, all our return-customers get 10% discount. To enjoy the 10% discount, enter the code PWS10 in the discount slot.
Our payment system is very secure because it is anchored on PayPal platform. You can make your payment using your PayPal account, debit, or credit card. You get instant payment confirmation via email from PayPal and also from our customer support team.
5. Provide a Valid Email Address
All completed orders are uploaded in the client's account and also delivered to the client via email, so ensure you provide a valid email address. You are welcome to sign up for an online account with us to enable us get completed orders efficiently in case your email has issues.
You can Request for a Draft Before the Due Date
To guarantee that you get the best writing service, we allow you to request for a draft of the work before the due date. This ensures that you get time to review the progress of your paper and give us feedback in case you would like some changes.
A draft of the work will be sent to the client upon request by the client if the order's urgency is more than 3 days and size of the work less than 5 pages. For papers that are more than 8 pages, a draft can be requested within 4 days. Drafts are not available for papers with an urgency of less than 3 days.

You can communicate with us by phone, email, or live chat. However, we prefer to use live chat or email because it enables our customer support staff to have records of your correspondence and thus be able to effectively help you or follow up on your order. You can also leave a comment or inquiry in your account and we will get the message in real-time and assist you instantly.
